Dru Yoga classes contain Energy Block Release (EBR) sequences, postures, yogasequences, breathing excercises (pranayama), and every class finishes with a relaxation and/or meditation.
In Dru Meditation you will experience techniques that bring you to that still point that helps you to look at the world form a fresh perspective.
